If I could give this zero stars I would. Terrible service, the app is often wrong, and gives incorrect locations and/or times and the variable pricing is obscene and even at its lowest its still too much to pay. And their customer service is basically nonexistent. I used it thrice and that was three times too much. Also as a disabled individual there's very little accommodations. And this is without getting onto how cramped the busses are and how uncomfortable the seats are.

The Greyhound app is totally chill and super helpful if you're traveling. It has a great section storing all your tickets, times, departures, and a QR code to board easily. When my bus got canceled, I got an instant notification and booked a replacement ticket right inside the app using just my email and booking number. Everything is laid back and right at your fingertips. Highly recommend it!

It was easy to book a trip but the app doesn't work with the website and vice versa. You don't even get an account number, not online or in the app. It doesn't remember any of your past trips unless you know to tell it to, so you aren't even able to automatically save any points when you book. This is weird, what are we even registering for???
